It’s been quite the journey…

Hi, and welcome! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, having completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Adler University in 2018. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Victoria. In between all this schooling, I spent over a decade living in Japan, Korea and Denmark, eventually choosing to make Vancouver home a few years ago.

My approach to therapy is holistic, integrative, strengths-based, and utilizes evidence-based theories and techniques. I believe there is no one-size fits all approach to therapy; you and I will work together to find the right approach for you. Some of the theoretical lenses I work with include existential therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR).
